PRIVACY AND BETA USER AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between:

Illuminate EMF ("We" or "Disclosing Party")

and

Guest ("You" or "Beta User").

1. WHAT THIS AGREEMENT IS ABOUT

You’re participating as a beta user for our program/software (the "Program"). During this time, we may share confidential or proprietary information with you, including:

• Features, designs, and updates of the Program
• Bugs, issues, and testing data
• Any other information we share that’s not publicly available

We’re sharing this so you can test the Program and provide feedback.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BETA USER

By joining the beta, you agree to:

• Share your feedback and report bugs or issues you encounter.
• You may discuss the Program (including its benefits, general purpose, and functionality) with others, including your clients.
• You may not disclose sensitive or proprietary details, such as:
  • Technical specifications, code, or internal workings of the Program
  • Known bugs, unresolved issues, or unfinished features
  • Information specifically marked as confidential by Illuminate EMF.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the Program or any part of it.
• You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any access credentials, login details, API keys, or other authentication information (“Access Codes”) provided to you for the Program.
• You may use the Program in a professional setting, including to generate reports, deliverables, or outputs for your clients.

However, you agree that:

• The Program is in beta and provided “as-is,” and you will communicate this to clients if applicable.
• You will not resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Program itself to any third party.

3. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We’ll give you access to the beta version of the Program. Please note:

• The Program is in testing, so it may have bugs or issues.
• We’re not responsible for any problems or damages caused by using the beta version.
• Access to the Program may be revoked at any time.

4. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR FEEDBACK?

Any feedback or suggestions you share about the Program are ours to use. By providing feedback, you agree that:

• We can use your ideas to improve the Program without compensating you.
• You won’t claim ownership or rights to any part of the Program.

5. HOW LONG DOES THIS LAST?

This agreement starts on the date above and stays in effect for as long as you have access to the beta version of the Program. You’ll return or delete all confidential information if we ask.

6. ACCOUNT USE

You are permitted to create and use one (1) account only for accessing the Program.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

All activity under your account is your responsibility. If unauthorized access or account duplication is detected, Illuminate EMF reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program.

7. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
• If any part of this agreement isn’t enforceable, the rest still applies.
• We can make updates to this agreement, and you’ll be notified of any changes.

8. AGREEMENT

By clicking the Beta Tester Agreement and Confidentiality Terms box, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
